Your role

As our Growth Intern you will report directly to our India Country Manager and assist with GTM planning and execution. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting cooperation with strategic partners in India, including strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives tailored to the Indian market.
• Conceptualising and executing GTM approaches in India, ensuring alignment with local market specifics.
• Coordinating operational aspects of market entry, including logistics, legal compliance, and localisation of product offerings.
• Organising meetings with potential strategic business partners, including preparing briefings and presentation materials.
• Defining and analysing growth initiative KPIs and providing actionable insights.
• Developing and implementing operational processes as we grow our market presence in India.

Your profile

• Student or graduate of ideally a business or technical degree program - however, we will consider all fields and degree programs.
• Professional experience (e.g. internships) in a fast-paced environment; e.g. startup, VC, management consultancy or similar.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills using a data-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritisation skills to handle multiple priorities concurrently and manage workload independently.
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GSuite.
• Available for a minimum duration of 6+ months, start date 1 January 2025 or earlier.
• Hybrid work based in Mumbai.
